No. Our quoted price includes standard luggage handling. For airport pickups, up to 60 minutes of free waiting time is included. For all other pickups, 15 minutes of waiting time is complimentary.

Our fleet consists exclusively of Mercedes-Benz vehicles: E-Class Business Sedan, S-Class First Class, GLS SUV, V-Class Business Van, and Sprinter for larger groups. All vehicles are regularly maintained and spotlessly clean.

Yes, we provide child seats and booster seats at no additional charge. Please specify the age and weight of the child when booking so we can prepare the appropriate seat.

Your chauffeur will wait in the arrivals hall holding a name sign. You will receive a confirmation message with the driver name before your arrival.

We primarily serve Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER). We also offer transfers to and from other airports in the region including Leipzig/Halle and Dresden upon request.

Our vehicles accommodate plenty of luggage. If you are traveling with oversized items, sports equipment, or an unusually large amount of bags, please let us know when booking so we can assign the right vehicle.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. For special events, longer notice periods may apply.
